Applying comprehensive planning of vocational education and training is the foundation for the successful obtainment of professional requirements.

This methodology is applied to all professions and in particular to technical trade areas in industries and crafts.

Curriculum development and professional standards

Wherever possible, training should be carried out at the workplace. Thus, the vocational education and training should be planned for process-oriented implementation. The basis of training are e.g. the training regulations (standards).

We take into account all legal, economic, organisational, social and educational aspects of the respective country and the specific industries. For the quality assurance in training and education, we emphasise on the importance of developing suitable curricula.
